Abstract

In recent years, the aesthetics sector in Brazil has demonstrated continuous growth and significant opportunities, establishing itself as an attractive segment for entrepreneurs seeking growth and financial return. However, as in other sectors, it faces challenges related to financial management, customer loyalty, and the adoption of technological tools, which compromise the sustainability of many enterprises. The present study aimed to carry out a strategic diagnosis of Clínica Alfa de Relaxamento Ltda., located in Minas Gerais. The objective was to identify weaknesses and propose actions for the sustainable growth of Clínica Alfa de Relaxamento Ltda. A qualitative, exploratory, and descriptive approach was adopted. A structured questionnaire was used and applied to the clinic manager for the subsequent development of the SWOT Matrix. The results revealed strengths such as team qualifications, service diversity, and longevity in the market, while the main weaknesses identified were cash flow management, the absence of customer loyalty strategies, insufficient digital marketing, and the lack of integrated management tools. It is concluded that the application of the SWOT Matrix, combined with the implementation of technological solutions, constitutes an essential instrument for competitive strengthening and the sustainability of enterprises in the aesthetics and wellness sector, and may serve as a reference for other similar businesses.
