EMPREENDEDORISMO SÊNIOR
UMA ANÁLISE BIBLIOMÉTRICA DA PRODUÇÃO CIENTÍFICA E AGENDA DE PESQUISA

Este estudo analisa a produção científica sobre empreendedorismo sênior por meio de uma revisão bibliométrica, considerando o contexto de envelhecimento populacional e seus impactos econômicos e sociais. O objetivo foi mapear a evolução do campo, identificar tendências, principais autores, redes de colaboração e lacunas de pesquisa. Para isso, foram coletados 215 artigos nas bases Web of Science e Scopus, analisados com o pacote Bibliometrix, com apoio do Excel e da plataforma Miro para visualizações. Os resultados indicam crescimento consistente das publicações, especialmente a partir de 2015, com concentração em países desenvolvidos, como Estados Unidos e Reino Unido, e redes de colaboração ainda fragmentadas. O mapeamento temático revelou como temas centrais a transição para o trabalho autônomo, aposentadoria, gênero e inovação, enquanto aspectos como desempenho de microempresas e comportamento empreendedor permanecem emergentes. Além disso, identificaram-se lacunas relacionadas a financiamento, tecnologia, diversidade e contextos de países em desenvolvimento. Conclui-se que o empreendedorismo sênior constitui um campo em expansão, com potencial para avançar teoricamente e contribuir para políticas públicas voltadas à inclusão produtiva da população envelhecida.
